Outside Sales representative at Apex Industrial provide a combination of technical support and sales skills to our customer base, introduce new products and work to develop relationships with customers.

Outside Sales representative are responsible for maintaining relationships with new and all existing customers.

Responsibilities

· Have a full understanding of the outside sales process to include pricing, costing and purchase order handling.

· Develop a thorough understanding of company products

· Provide pricing and delivery information

· Establish personal rapport with new and existing customers

· Performs follow-up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Resolves customer service issues

· Organizes and prioritizes sales opportunities

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending provided workshops

· Maintains strong working relationships with customers

Requirements:

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Follow all clearly written rules, past business practices and instruction and if any are unclear asks for assistance.

· Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, computer literacy with a high sense of urgency.

· Strong organizational skills

· Be able to work in a team environment, multi-task, meet deadlines

· Must have good phone etiquette and customer service aptitude

· Positive attitude a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
